Wellspring Pilates is committed to making the Pilates method affordable and accessible for everyone. We offer one-on-one Pilates privates tailored to your fitness goals. Lessons may be bought singly or in pre-paid packages. Please note that packages are non-refundable and must be used within three months of purchase for 10 packs and two months of purchase for 5 packs.

Pilates sessions are 55 minutes in length from the appointed start time and generally include client intake, warm-up and stretching, and a series of exercises designed to address the particular goals of the individual.
